Once you agree to the plan, a deposit is usually required to secure your order. The deposit amount is typically 30% to 50% of the total price.
After receiving the deposit, Aoleao will begin production or customization of your soft play equipment. Depending on the complexity of the order, this stage may take several weeks.
Step 6: International Logistics & Customs Assistance
We have extensive export experience and can handle complex customs documents for you (such as CO, Form E, SASO, etc.). We partner with top global freight forwarders to ensure your equipment is delivered safely and on time to your project site.
Step 7: Professional Installation & Lifetime Support
We offer three installation options:
1. Self-installation (with installation drawings): Detailed installation drawings are provided to facilitate customers' self-construction of the indoor children's playground. 2. Professional remote installation guidance; 3. On-site technical support: We can dispatch a skilled technician from China to assist customers in installing all components. Please note that the technician's daily wage is US$150, and the customer is responsible for the technician's accommodation, transportation, and meals during the on-site period. 4.In addition, you will enjoy a long-term warranty and spare parts supply to ensure the continued stable operation of your playground.
